The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

3. Refund Policy
As we offer Cash on Delivery only, refunds will be processed as follows:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date the returned item is received and approved.
4. Non-Returnable Items
